A personal note

The path has not been linear

I’ve moved across countries, raised a son, rebuilt relationships, and reshaped my work — all while continuing to teach and to make space for other people to grow.

These practices have been the steady companion through every season of that change. Not as an escape from difficulty, but as a way of staying present inside it.

That’s what I teach. Not a technique collection, and not a promise of transformation on a timeline. A relationship with yourself that holds when things move.

How I work

Presence before performance

My teaching is grounded in presence, depth, and direct experience. I guide students to build a steady relationship with themselves through awareness, discipline, and inner listening.

The work draws on Kundalini Yoga and meditation, nervous system regulation, and conscious life design. In practice that means breath, kriya, and meditation alongside honest conversation about what’s actually happening in your life.

Sessions and trainings are educational and supportive in nature. They’re not therapy or medical care, and they work best alongside — not instead of — whatever clinical support you may need.

Teaching lineage

Certified through the Kundalini Research Institute

I teach Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® and hold KRI Level One and Level Two certification, with fourteen years as a KRI Teacher Trainer within the Aquarian Teacher™ programme.

That lineage matters for one practical reason: the trainings I lead carry recognised certification, and the curriculum has been tested by a body larger than any single teacher.
