Nepal · KRI Level Three
The 21 Stages of Meditation
7 – 19 October 2026 — Kathmandu & Pokhara. A guided passage through meditation, mountain landscape, and direct self-inquiry.
Why now
You’ve done the work. Something deeper is asking for attention.
You’ve moved through challenges. You’ve held yourself together when things were uncertain.
This journey isn’t about changing who you are. It’s about meeting yourself more honestly, and deepening your relationship with awareness.
What kind of life do you want to live? Make meditation the art of life. The Teachings of Yogi Bhajan, 20 July 1978
The structure
Three journeys, seven stages each
The 21 Stages isn’t a single technique. It’s a progressive experience through layers of the mind — each stage a direct encounter with how you relate to thought, emotion, and perception. Not something to fix. Something to witness.
The Crystallized Self
Foundational meditative awareness. Meeting the mind as it is, before it’s rearranged into something more presentable.
The Expressive Self
Deeper levels of neutrality, clarity, and integration, where what has been witnessed begins to move outward.
The Transcendent Self
Identity, projection, and the experience of merging with the infinite pulse of creation.
The 21 Stages of Meditation forms part of KRI Level Three certification within The Aquarian Teacher™ Training Programme.
Honest fit
Who this is for
This experience isn’t for everyone. It isn’t for those seeking intensity for its own sake, or something to conquer. It’s for those willing to meet themselves honestly.
You don’t need to be an advanced practitioner, but some familiarity with Kundalini Yoga and meditation matters — even a few classes. What’s needed is openness to the practice and curiosity to go further.
This space asks for maturity. Not perfection, but a willingness to be present and to grow, and to be held in a conscious community.
You may find yourself here because something feels unclear. A quiet question about who you’re becoming. A sense that something is shifting but not yet grounded.
You’re not looking for another technique. You’re looking for depth, clarity, and a steadier relationship with yourself.
The one who says yes to this is open — to experience, to culture, to being moved beyond expectation.

The rhythm
What the days feel like
Each day is anchored in practice, with a natural rhythm to it: practice, integration, rest. You’re supported to stay with whatever arises.
Outside the practice, Nepal offers a different pace. The landscape and culture invite a shift in perspective — simplicity, alongside a quiet level of care.
Time in community. Time in solitude. Time to walk, to breathe, to take in what’s around you. This isn’t something to predict. It’s something to live.
